Coconut sugar manufactured by Kalpa coconut Llp is good for usage in place of normal sugar / jaggery as it's chemical free.I am using it regularly since 5 to 6 months and I am satisfied with this product.Glycemic index of this product is seems to be low.Thanks to Kalpa for this innovative product.
